The streets, cold, barren of life
my heart similar, but with hope
Hope of a sunlit morning
that will invite love. . .
to warm and protect.
Warm embraces are needed
to sustain a soul's life
Sheer joy fills my spirit
enabling me to live. . .
life with vigor.
Never say life is over
it carries on without you
forging on like time eternal
take a chance, smile, just try. . .
life needs your force.
Do not think life is better off
because you are gone away from us
always believe you are important,
important as love is. . .
in the kingdom of life.
